My New Year 2014

 

Hi my name is Alizhay and my nickname is Alla. I am a year 6 at Point England school. My teacher is Mr Somerville he is the best. For our literacy class I go to Mrs Garden and Mr Goodwin before morning tea. Then for maths I have to go to Mrs Jacobson after morning tea and lunch.My favourite subject at school is Maths because when your older maths can help you with a lot of things like how to count your money, when you try to get a job or when your trying to work out tricky math problems. My favourite colours are yellow and Blue.At the start of the year we start getting ready for our year 5 and 6 camp. So our Teachers Mr Lavakula, Miss Ouano, Mrs Garden, Mrs Jacobson, Mr Goodwin and Mr Somerville split our classes into groups for camp.There are two year 6 leaders for each group. I'm in Miss Ouano's group and my two year 6 leaders are May and Owen.When the team leaders and students were picked we picked a song out of a box because we perform a dance for our parents and family and the year 5,6 students.For Camp we picked every thing in a camp meeting with all the year fives and sixes.The song that May and Owen chose was Can't Hold Us by Macklemore.When we finaly finished picking the songs out of the hat we started practicing the dance so we typed on the laptop for Can't Hold Us by Macklemore just dance 2014. So we started and we are still trying to practice the dance.For Camp not every body has payed but i hope all of the year 5's get to come because there gonna have lots of fun with there friend like at school but more better. Sometimes they even get to sleep together in their tent.last year i was a year 5 and i was so lucky to go to camp. We year 6's get to have another camp at the end of the year. This year I have been going to riverside it is so cool there because you get to play lots of game and it gives you lots o energy for the next time. Riverside is every Wednesdays some of my friends come with me and some don't. My friends April, Raewen, Rowana,Lizzy, Nyree and Ashley.
