There is a country called Iceland, It is near the Arctic at the top of the world. In Iceland they used to catch whales for meat. The people in Iceland eat Caribou, Fish and Whales.

When the ships got stronger the whalers went to hunt more whales.The oil is used for lighting and soaps. The bones are used for womens clothings and decorations.

The Endeavour

It took Captain James Cook 3 years to find New Zealand in the Endeavour ship. There were 12 sails and they each had special names. In the Endeavour captain James Cook was travelling from England to New Zealand with 32 crew.

About My Mum And Aunty

My Mum

My mums name is Kelly and she is 32 turning 33. I like her because shes nice to us kids. She is a netball coach at Pt England School for the year six team two,She works hard to train us for netball. My mum really likes sports like netball and rugby.

My Aunty

My aunt's name is Danna and she is 34 turning 35. My aunty is my mum's cousin and she lives in Panmure. We always go to her house in the weekends to play with my cousins. She really likes football, Netball and Rugby.

Making A Mini Raft

In class 6 literacy class we are making a mini rafts and we were seeing if it would sink or float. Our teams mini raft floated and it was really fun when we made them with our team.
